Ache: Master, do I have a bright future?

A hunger, without a doubt you were!
A pleasure, you have not been!
A twinge, you are!
A disadvantage, you will invariably be!

To ache I offer this thanks,
     when needing something like pain
When I'm writing and drawing blanks,
     I almost settle using sustain

I am in search of more,
     trying to sing your praise!
It's you I very much adore,
     lacking in so many ways.

Sonnet (meta-poetry)
Ache

Can random words today involve much worse?
Bad luck, I cannot rhyme your strange entry
The pounding beat of drives did spin this verse
My passion here you see is cranking glee.

I’m working hard on other types of rhyme
A phrase, a word, a blurb, it’s clear I’m thrown
I’ll get to this, you can give me more time
For what you type in my website as shown.

But drivel aches as much as words are dear
Oh no, not that! A term so strange for me!
As robots ponder, this becomes more clear
So here I have a canned default for thee.

This form of verse is hard to write with grace,
I look to Bill for rules or I’ll lose face!

May I pass a meter, furnished so beings might see
Fully pleasant innuendos, however informing, and oh but imparted free?
Sorrow or aching feel all too absolute. But is bearing?
Heartache, grief? - or distress, soreness? Oops! I excluded hearing!
I wonder suffering and sometimes complaint, but broadly ought I
- throw meanings so - summaries fetched with equations spry?
