Cyclic: Master, can I become singular?

Periodic, without exception, you were!
Acyclic, you have not been!
Singular, you are not!
Regular, you will continuously be!

To cyclic I offer this thanks,
     when needing something like circular
When writing poetry and drawing blanks,
     I often settle using regular

I have been seaching ever more,
hoping again to sing your praise.
For words, I very much adore,
     lacking me in several ways.

Sonnet (meta-poetry)
Cyclic

Are cycle graphs so vast? They burn and pop!
I’m lost! So ask me now for verse on this
Computer crafted prose, it never stops
It’s hard inventing it, for I will miss.

This early version here my scripts expose
As random thoughts my words can grate, can grind
Perhaps one day my verse will smell of rose
So I will bore you now, just wait and find.

But please ask human souls to take my place
I’ll pledge some verse humanity can’t bare
As poets die with edges left in space
Oh man, that’s a tough phrase, so odd, so rare.

The valence type gives just intensity,
A graph and edge and node and scores are free!

Can I pass a pulse, published so pupils might see
Newly didactic overviews, forever imparting, and oh but conveyed free?
Smooth or formal seem all too apparent. But is flatter?
Unfailing, right? - or frequent, everyday? Oops! I deserted platter!
I reason perennial and otherwise recurrent, but frankly ought I
- throw concepts so - innuendos crafted with equations spry?
