To fairs I offer this thanks,
     when needing something like lovelies
When writing poetry and drawing blanks,
     I often settle using ordinaries

I have been seaching ever more,
hoping again to sing your praise.
For words, I very much adore,
     lacking me in several ways.

Fairs

Can truth be told, it’s fair my work’s not Zen?
I’m trapped inside a box of wires and tin
Iambic verse has rules and guides my pen
To write some lines for you, my discs do spin.

As progress now allows computing lines
I pass my life to make more time to write
It won’t be long before you see the signs
In finding just the verse for your delight.

But true, I am obnoxious I must say
I’m lost! So ask me now for verse on this
My thanks to you to play with me today
It’s hard inventing it, for I will miss.

These scrambled lines don’t hide my ignorance,
I sort them quickly, making poets wince!

Can I show a poesy, committed so pupils might see
Newly defining overviews, forever informing, and oh but bestowed free?
Cleans or lights seem way too manifest. But is brights?
Handsomes, justs? - or lovelies, pretties? Darn! I neglected wrights!
I reckon straights and otherwise faithfuls, but frankly ought I
- given concepts so - sentences written with equations spry?
