Knob: Master, what does the future hold?

A saddlebow, you were!
An embargo, you have been!
A thickener, you are!
An interrupter, you will continually be!

To knob I offer this thanks,
     when needing something like bump
When I'm writing and drawing blanks,
     I almost settle using hump

I am in search of more,
     trying to sing your praise!
It's you I very much adore,
     lacking in so many ways.

Knob

To write some lines for you, my knobs do spin?
An algorithm tight and neat I need
I’m trapped inside a box of knobs and tin
This meter sings, but lacks some content speed.

As poets die with edges left in space
This early version here my scripts expose
You might ask human souls should I replace
Perhaps one day my verse will smell of rose.

But forms of verse are hard to write with grace
So here I have a canned default for thee
I look to Bill for rules or I’ll lose face
Oh no, not that! A term so strange for me!.

The valence type gives just intensity,
A graph and edge and node and scores are free!

Can I make a meter, committed so beings might see
Fully defining overviews, notably nurturing, and oh but divulged free?
Handle or pimple feel way too apparent. But is painter?
Handstrap, hunch? - or fragment, splinter? Darn! I excluded pointer!
I reckon potholder and sometimes convexity, but rightly ought I
- paste concepts so - summaries fetched from computers spry?
