Please accept from me this page,
     didicated to the word meters
Used by many an important sage,
     needing a term for counters

But wait, I promise an Epigram
     more fitting for this word.
When I receive a better program,
     for now it's just absurd!

Meters

Can meter sings, but lack some content speed?
These scrambled lines don’t hide my ignorance
An algorithm tight and neat I need
I sort them quickly, making poets wince.

The pounding beat of drives did spin this verse
As random thoughts my words can grate, can grind
My random words just might involve much worse
So I will bore you now, just wait and find.

But please ask human souls to take my place
Oh man, that’s a tough phrase, so odd, so rare
As poets die with edges left in space
I’ll pledge some verse humanity can’t bare.

My limits find no reader, hence it’s tossed,
When finding verse on topics rare, I’m lost!

Can I lend a verse, disclosed so pupils might see
Newly charming summaries, notably educating, and oh now imparted free?
Clocks or timers seem all too absolute. But is batches?
Registers, metre? - or cadences, counters? Darn! I neglected watches!
I ponder standards and certainly discusses, but broadly ought I
- throw meanings so - summaries written with computers spry?
