Mounds: Master, will I always be massy?

Heaps, before creation you were!
Watchstraps, you have been!
Laps, you are!
Straps, you will unendingly be!

To mounds I offer this thanks,
     when needing something like jalopies
When writing poetry and drawing blanks,
     I often settle using plenties

I have been seaching ever more,
hoping again to sing your praise.
For words, I very much adore,
     lacking me in several ways.

Mounds

By testing mounds of code until I bow?
This meter sings, but lacks some content speed
You do intend to keep me busy now
An algorithm tight and neat I need.

To write some lines for you, my discs do spin
Oh life is long for me, so I won’t quit
I’m trapped inside a box of wires and tin
Requests like this do trip me, I admit.

But graphes and nodes and lines and scores are free
A phrase, a word, a blurb, it’s clear I’m thrown
The valence type gives just intensity
For what you type in my website as shown.

These scrambled lines don’t hide my ignorance,
I sort them quickly, making poets wince!

Can I show a metre, published so people might see
Terse defining summaries, eagerly informing, and oh but conveyed free?
Stacks or masses look all too absolute. But is barrows?
Mountains, heaps? - or clusters, anthills? Oops! I neglected burrows!
I reason molehills and therefore dunghills, but happily ought I
- found concepts so - summaries written from computers spry?
