Mourn: Master, do I have a bright future?

A whine, you never were!
A pine, you have been!
A chortle, you are not!
A title, you will eternally be!

To mourn I offer this thanks,
     when needing something like lament
When writing poetry and drawing blanks,
     I often settle using repent

I have been seaching ever more,
hoping again to sing your praise.
For words, I very much adore,
     lacking me in several ways.

Mourn

You might mourn human souls. Should I replace?
To churn such verse a billion times a day
As poets die with edges left in space
I keep all waiting long, I hope you stay.

My drivel stings as much as words are dear
My coding spews it forth and makes you snore
As robots ponder, this becomes more clear
For just that phrase, a poem is a bore.

But how it seems I need a gig or two
Perhaps one day my verse will smell of rose
A query finds and I do write for you
This early version here my scripts expose.

The valence type gives just intensity,
A graph and edge and node and scores are free!

Can I give a metre, furnished so people might see
Newly didactic sentences, eagerly nurturing, and oh how revealed free?
Snivel or crying look all too absolute. But is tapping?
Lachrymal, bleed? - or sweating, teardrop? Damn! I excluded yapping!
I reason tearfully and otherwise painfully, but frankly ought I
- paste concepts so - sentences drafted with computers spry?
