Pleasant: Master will the world adapt to me?

Unpleasant, once upon a time you never were!
Discordant, you have not been!
Bright, you are!
Sweet, you will ceaselessly be!

To pleasant I offer this thanks,
     when needing something like agreeable
When I'm writing and drawing blanks,
     I almost settle using affable

I am in search of more,
     trying to sing your praise!
It's you I very much adore,
     lacking in so many ways.

Just like the dainties,
they're comfortably pleasant.
Neither harsh nor bleak!
In the same direction as,
A valentine or sweetie.

Sonnet (meta-poetry)
Pleasant

Do I so bore you now? Please wait and find!
These scrambled lines don’t hide my ignorance
As random thoughts my words can grate, can grind
I sort them quickly, making poets wince.

You might ask human souls should I replace
I’ll pledge some verse humanity can’t bare
As poets die with edges left in space
Oh man, that’s a tough phrase, so odd, so rare.

But please, dear soul, I ask some verse to make
To churn such verse a billion times a day
You can’t just stop me now, I ask a break
I keep all waiting long, I hope you stay.

I’m lost! So ask me please for verse on this,
It’s hard inventing it, for I will miss!

Can I pass a metre, disclosed so people might see
Terse cheerful abstracts, perhaps imparting, and oh yes evermore free?
Lovely or genial seem all too apparent. But is livable?
Agreeable, sweet? - or pleasing, charming? Oops! I deserted lovable!
I reckon enjoyable and otherwise congenial, but frankly ought I
- given concepts so - abstracts crafted from equations spry?
