Snores: Master, is that all there is?

A chick, without exception, you were!
A shriek, you have not been!
An exhale, you are not!
A peal, you will continuously be!

Please take from me this page,
     focussing on the term snores
Used by many a linguist sage,
     seeking a term for respires

Just wait a bit and you may find,
     better than any an anagram,
when coders have more time,
     a much better fitting epigram.

Sonnet (meta-poetry)
Snores

Does coding spew it forth and makes you snore?
Oh man, that’s a tough phrase, so odd, so rare
For just that phrase, a poem is a bore
I’ll pledge some verse humanity can’t bare.

As random thoughts my words can grate, can grind
Perhaps one day my verse will smell of rose
So I will bore you now, just wait and find
This early version here my scripts expose.

But phrases, and words, and blurbs, it’s clear I’m thrown
Oh life is long for me, so I won’t quit
For what you type in my website as shown
Requests like this do trip me, I admit.

As progress now allows computing lines,
It won’t be long before you see the signs!

May I make a rhyme, disclosed so pupils might see
Fully charming sentences, notably educating, and oh how divulged free?
Snorts or snorer look all too absolute. But is mumbles?
Snortings, purrs? - or hummings, snuffles? Damn! I deserted rumbles!
I ponder grumblers and otherwise gurglings, but rightly ought I
- blurt meanings oh - sentences crafted with equations spry?

There was a girl from Ensenore,
And she wanted a word for snore.
      Could it be strumming?
      But then thought humming!
So smart that girl from Ensenore.
