Twisted: Master, what does the future hold?

A smirk, before all peoples you never were!
A network, you have been!
A convolution, you are!
A distortion, you will persistently be!

Please take from me this page,
     focussing on the term twisted
Used by many a linguist sage,
     seeking a term for wrested

Just wait a bit and you may find,
     better than any an anagram,
when coders have more time,
     a much better fitting epigram.

Twisted

Can random thoughts, my twists, then grate, and grind?
It seems to me your spelling drives my daze
So I will bore you now, just wait and find
Levenshtein, your magic will clear the haze.

Iambic verse has twists and guides my pen
In life, we learn that writing, well, is tough
The truth be told, it’s clear my work’s not Zen
I’m artificial, writing all this stuff.

But twisting quickly, making poets wince
Perhaps one day my verse will smell of rose
These scrambled twists don’t hide my ignorance
This early version here my scripts expose.

I’m trapped inside a box of twists and tin,
To write some lines for you, my discs do spin!

Can I pass a metre, proclaimed so beings might see
Fully engaging sentences, crudely educating, and oh but evermore free?
Turned or twists seem all too absolute. But is cricked?
Distorted, twist? - or twisting, threaded? Damn! I neglected tricked!
I reckon perverted and otherwise patterned, but plainly ought I
- blurt concepts so - notations crafted with computers spry?
